Shipping policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders for available products will be fulfilled within 10 calendar days of the payment.  Custom orders will have a scheduled "birth date"  and  will be created within 2 days of the "birth date" . The custom ordered item will ship after the item has been created.

We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay.  We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. If the purchase is needed to be received by a certain date, please contact us at Balancemile.com for expedited shipping options. 

DELIVERY 
Purchases will be sent in the mail via the USPS.  You can expect to receive within 7-14 days of being shipped.  For expedited shipping, please let us know, we can ship via UPS for the standard cost established by UPS.

All products are shipped from Warren, MI, USA. 

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping of jewelry items (i.e., bracelets, pendants with chains, lockets with chains)  is FREE  Shipping for coffee mugs, tote bags and frame sizes 5x7 and 8x10 receive the "standard" shipping rate of $4.90.  Larger sized frames (11x14, 16x20) and custom made frames receive the "heavy" shipping rate of $12.90.
